Primus line + Orange BB?

Hi all,
Does anyone know if Orange broadband can be used on a primus land line? Too late to call them now. Orange states it has to be a BT line ...
Example package if it works:
£8/m Primus line + £10/m Orange BB (For Orange mob customers, unlimited DL and anytime LL calls). Wifi router and basic HP printer included.
£18/m for 18m.
Thanks!

Think they mean pay bt line rental etc, With primus your paying them line rental.0 -
Having a similar issue.
I'm a Virgin Media customer but I want Orange broadband.
So the cheapest thing for me to do is get Primus to install a BT landline for £69, which I've done.
So I called Orange to switch the broadband and I was told that Primus 'are just telling me they use BT when they don't' and that she doesn't think I can use Orange broadband on a Primus landline!
Have to say, I'm not impressed with their service so far, in the end I was told to call back when I've got the line installed. I might just call up Plusnet instead.0 -
To get Orange Broadband all you need is a BT Compatible Line. EG Primus ,PO Homephone, etc.
BT now provide/ run Orange fixed line service http://www.pcpro.co.uk/news/broadband/357307/orange-abandons-broadband-network-for-bt0 -

I don't know why Orange seem so intent on losing customers before they've even acquired them then!0 -

Before proceeding you should remember that with many organisations the brighter employees get put in sales and the dregs are used for post-sale support.0 -
So is anyone able to answer the original question? I'd also like to pay for cheap primus saver line rental and have my free broadband from orange.0

The question has already been answered-2 months ago!No free lunch, and no free laptop0

Can't speak for anyone else but it is certainly possible - I have Orange through Primus.
Incidentally, the customer service of the former isn't great, and the less said about the latter the better.0
