Oh thats made me giggle. Loving all the pic of the puddy tats, my Kiwi loves any sort of sticky tape rather than plastic bags!
Be who you are, say what you feel, those who mind don't matter, those who matter don't mind.
They say that talking to yourself is a sign of mental illness. So I talk to the cats instead.
  • I. Love. This. Thread. :)

Really made me laugh and I love all the pics. Our three cats beg like dogs and get given little bits and bobs, nothing too strange. I did once have a cat that liked to lick menthol tissues though...Byron likes Quavers, Gemma will eat absolutely anything if given the chance...except what's in her bowl obviously, and Felix likes to sniff chocolate :)
  • Love it at the Sports Shop. Table Tennis Balls or Ping Pong Balls. Ping Pong balls are for cats!
  • my bean eats so many of the foods on that list, but little tiny bits, so i'm not worried. tuna, raw chicken, beef, pork, whatever scraps i cut off when i'm making the tea, loves a bit of garlic, any remnants of raw egg also get lapped up, the little stinker!

he loves tea, but only when it's cold, so i always have to leave him some from my cup or he huffs with me. also, if we have a glass of water on the table he'll drink from it (as he normally only has water, occasionally milk/tea for treats) but he won't drink juice. i think he thinks all water is his now.

<-- that's him in my avatar, all snuggled up playing the good boy until his next happy half hour!

We got a rescue ShihTzu about 6 weeks ago. She's 12, and soppy as anything, but had never lived with cats. No worry.. Marley soon told her what to do..

awww my mom has a shih tzu , i swear they are more cat than dog, moms loves to snuggle up with the furry cat pansy- i think she thinks they are sisters:)

re the food though op- not a lot you can do unless you keep it all hidden, locked or out of reach as otherwise its just going to continue and hes gonna be one huge cat:eek:
my friends cat used to eat crisps- im sure its probably dangerous but saying that our sneaky kitten had bit through a bin bag ready to go out, stole some chicken, sneaked past us (really dont know how!and was chomping upon the bones up stairs in cat heaven, i was petrified it may have puntured her tiny throat or something but it hadnt. i then came to the conclusion shes a very sneaky little kitten as when i tried to give her the dry kitten food mixed in she nibbled it and starts acting like shes going to die- obviously she just didnt bloomin like it:mad::rotfl:

My ginger kitten eats ribbon! I dont know how he is alive! I also once found a finger of a rubber glove nestled in among the tray, god knows which one chewed that one off. The tabby took a liking to baby powder scented cat litter so we had to change that. And the fluffy one will literally eat anything off our plate if we leave it accessable. Anything!

We have 3 cats, our youngest Jager is now nearly 4 but on the day we got her when she was 7 weeks old and teeny tiny I was sat on the sofa eating my Sunday dinner & she Spiderman'd up the sofa and dived into my mashed potato :rotfl::rotfl: She literally eats anything, dog food, any meat, mashed potato, cheese, pasta, pringles, mini cheddars, pizza crusts and if I don't clear the tray as soon as I've finished using the George Foreman, she and her best buddy Rude Boy (our 10 year old lab/staffy cross) lick all the fat out of it

My cat Dolly loves a bit of what we're having..tonight she's has a bit of spagetti cabonara. Watching her trying to catch the ends was hilarious.
My old dear Rolly, now not with us, used to love mild chilli and garlic sauce off a kebab when I used to have one as a treat ocassionally.
She'd know as soon as the delivery guy handed over the bag at the front door.....and meiow like mad till she had some!
And if I ignored her while sitting on the sofa, she'd sneek up behind me, and shoot a paw out from behind my ear, to grab some of the lamb....
The dollster loves toast and marmite but I only give her a corner, just in case.
It's not unusual to find her dipping a crafty paw in my cup to drink my coffee too.
    I love this thread - it's brill

i have two indoor boys with no plastic bag fetishes!

Daniel is not to bad the only thing he really has a liking for is milk from a cereal bowl once you are done! Jack on the other hand can be a nightmare, when we first got them he stole an entire garlic dough ball and ate it before I could get it off him!! he loves cheese but only certain types (loves a bit of cathedral city not so keen on extra mature lidl!) cheesy wotsits are a fave, but apparently on friday night my hubby had a chinese and the cat nearly killed him trying to get at the prawn toast and chicken balls!!

My nanny had a cat with a serious love of vienetta ice cream (but no other!), and one with a serious fetish for cheesy wotsits. My mums dog once managed to get his head in a liquer coffee and drink that before we noticed!
