Oh gosh one of my cats must have PICA!

He loves loves LOVES netting, the stuff you get on tutus, he ate my daughters dress unbeknown to me, cost me £600 at the vets and he returned with a missing piece of intestine. Has he learned? NO! DD is under strict instruction that when she is finished being a princess, her dresses go back into the dress up box WITH the lid on. But occasionally, she forgets, and I'll find him lovingly licking nuzzling and chomping the netting

Balloons I've found wrapped around his deposits in the litter box. A tampon one time! Thankfully it was a non applicator one so was wrapped in that plastic layer first, as it came out like that, imagine if he'd chewed it up? It would of inflated and blocked him up.

Food wise, he'll eat anything. Crisps, curry, spag bol, raw potatoes, raw lentils, cereal, cheese, cream......

Loves raw prawns, goes mental for them, that and ham. I don't give him much treats now to be honest because he's always on the scavenge and I've no idea what he actually manages to get or not. Weird thing is, he will not eat wet food at all, dry only.

The other cat, will not eat ANYTHING except wet food and it better not be in gravy, or turkey flavoured, or beef.......she won't even eat cooked chicken/or raw chicken. She will eat cream cheese, now and then.....she's so fussy.

Just remember there are 'human' foods which are poisonous to cats, e.g.

That includes for example mushrooms OP! - wouldn't want them getting sick.

My cat Mollie loves licking plastic bags! She doesn't really chew on them, but loves to lick them. And sit in them and attack them if she feels so inclined!

Harley is the one who eats weird stuff. I'm sure he'd be happier as a vegetarian. He loves baked beans, carrots and butternut squash.

Just out of interest - these cats with wierd plastic bag fetishes - are they indoor cats?

Only I was told once by a vet behaviourist that wierdy, one of the things indoor cats do, is lick plastic bags!

Got proved right too! I had a cat who, during her time with me went though stages of being an indoor cat - loved plastic bags, licked them etc, and then an outdoor cat - didn't even turn a whisker at a placcy bag!

Strange creatures are cats! Gotta love em though!
I don't know half of you half as well as I should like, and I like less than half of you half as well as you deserve.

One of mine once when very small got the handle of a carrier bag caught around his neck and it scared him so he ran away from it, as he ran away it filled with air and scared him more so he ran faster and was doing wall of death around my living room with a carrier bag parachute.. it took a good few attempts to rescue him.

My Peaches loves sitting in them.. but she is just weird
