My partner normally uses on average, £200 worth of combined calls, texts and data per month, this month is no different except one thing...the bill suddenly came in over £8000 more than normal.
He has the iphone 4 and on contract with Orange. Does this mean anything to anyone?
What on earth is he to do? Surely it is physically impossible to use that data for one person in a 24 hour period but he is human and sleeps and works like the rest of us...

Only 1 answer here - get a detailed bill from Orange quickly, and get them to withhold DD.0 -
Sounds like a billing error as orange only charge £2 a day i think it was for using internet unless he has been downloading huge amount of apps.0

oops i once used 400 pounds in one day according to orange so i can see where the 8000 quid could come from het them to explain it to youReplies to posts are always welcome, If I have made a mistake in the post, I am human, tell me nicely and it will be corrected. If your reply cannot be nice, has an underlying issue, or you believe that you are God, please post in another forum. Thank you0

As others have suggested, you need a detailed bill, perhaps your partner is seeking fulfilment via premium rate services using his iphone0 -

Are you able to scan the bill, obviously blocking out the personal data, as on average £11.80 every waking hour is quite some feat, it's not as if the network monitoring would not have some concern long before the billing date, they have probaly charged you for a new cellsite, with so much usage0

That's got to be a billing error (unless it's roaming?)0

is this a joke?0
