I reckon something has gone wrong with roaming on the T-mobile network and Orange has applied roaming data charges. I definitely think it's to do with network sharing though...0

TROLL!!I spent 25 years in the mobile industry, from 1994 to 2019. Worked for indies as well as the big networks, in their stores also in contact centres. I also hold a degree in telecoms engineering so I like to think I know what I’m talking about 😂0 -
or em.. they are new?
I once had a bill for £11,500 - it was a network error and the bill was actually £11.50.0 -
Hi Orange Sucker
As other people have suggested, your partner should contact our Customer Service Helpdesk as soon as possible, to request further details of how the charges on this bill were incurred. He can contact them either by calling 150 from a Pay Monthly Orange phone or 07973 100150 from a fixed line. They are available from 08:00 to 22:00, seven days a week.
Alternatively, I would be happy to look into this myself. Your partner can contact Orange Helpers either via Twitter or Facebook using the links below, however, our team is only available Monday to Friday.
I hope this helps.
