reading newspaper articles is reading reports and interpretations. It's secondary research and must be substantiated by reference to primary data. Basic validation theory. Particularly since as we've seen it's very easy to remove context, to admit opinion as fact, and to completely misquote.0

Can I recommend a book called "Brotherhood of darkness" by Stanley Monteith to you guys? Interesting read.0

Not me personally I'm just saying some people feel they are treated as slaves by "the elite". Eg they are working for just enough to survive while "the elite" are rich and powerful beyond belief by usually using these people to make their wealth, certainly I would consider a lot of African countries to be slaves to their rich/corrupt/powerful leaders but yet again that's another subject!0

Any more interesting than the film? There's no end of books films and websites pushing conspiracist theories. We're after substantive detail.0 -
Well, smeagold has disappeared again.
No attempt to deal with our objections. No attempt to defend posting doctored quotes out of context. No attempt to explain selective editing of quotes.
And here was me hoping for a debate on the issue. Instead, we are just being subjected to a list of quotes and no attempt to deal with any of our perfectly natural questions.
As a thread, smea, it's a total failure and your attempt to educate those of us less enlightened than you has, sadly, failed.0 -
He's on google at the moment. Guarantee it.0

Lovely sentiment. Completely irrelevant to the thread which is about the conspiracy theory that is the New World Order.0 -

If he was just on google, I wouldn't mind so much. But he's not. You just KNOW he's on his own favourite conspiracy websites (have you noticed they all have black backgrounds and poor fonts?), searching for more definitive evidence which, usually, are speeches taken out of context and adulterated.
I suggest we ignore all his future quotes, until he justifies his use of selective quotations (eg the George Bush example above).0 -

Thankfully, yes. A lot more conservative (in style anyway). Has a lot of evidence to back it's information up to enable you to go and check it's authenticity. It's one of the few possibly worth checking out (though I'm sure others say that about other sources also...)0
