She has passed the theory test. She's scheduled to take the practical test next month.

Sorry, but you don't seem to be taking the fact your Mrs could be charged with stealing a car, driving without having passed a test and no insurance.

The insurer will probably pay out to the 3rd party I would assume, just go after the woman who caused the accident to get their money back (at least I hope they do that)0 -
