    No idea.

But in my experience it's not uncommon for people on a provisional to be confused over their driving rights.

Can you tell us where this 'experience' comes from, are you a police officer or driving instructor for example?

    Why so?

Just sharing! I passed my test, so what's the big deal that I stalled.

Why would anyone want to rip Gleeful to shreds?

She was licensed to drive, and had insurance and had an accident in which the other driver appears to be at fault.

Basically, everything the total opposite of the original post on here.

I'm not going to reveal my personal situation if you don't mind, but I do have plenty of experience with cars and with helping people regarding insurance, car purchases and selling, license applications, etc.

It's only 'my' experience and I'm more than happy to listen to the experience of others on any subject.

The only reason you are being "ripped to shreds" is that you have stated it is ok to break the law!!!!

No big deal!....I'm only teasing. :)

Just warning you that some people might glory in telling you where you might have gone wrong.
