vacuum front and back room.
Find the floor in the girly room.
Find the floor in the boys room
Fill 1 binbag for charity shop
Fill 2 binbags for the wheelie bin
[STRIKE]Post 2 ebay parcels
Shop for my stepdads christmas gifts.[/STRIKE]
[STRIKE]Sort my change and bag it up and take it to the bank!!!!!! [/STRIKE]

Get off my @rse and motivate myself to do something useful!!

This week..

Declutter worksurfaces in the kitchen.. including the one where I pile ALL the clean washing.. you cannot see out of the window at the moment!!
Book Tesco delivery slot for christmas eve!!! (Sunday)


Before christmas..

Wrap remainder of christmas presents.
Sort the playroom.
Send toys to nursery/bin/charity shop/ebay
[STRIKE]get up to date on all my bills!!![/STRIKE]
[STRIKE]Plan next years finances.[/STRIKE]
[STRIKE]Plan next years achievements.[/STRIKE]

Morning all

Right, back still giving me grief so today will be short and sweet as have the boys all weekend as DP is busy, need to get any smelly and noisy jobs done today as can't when DS is in.

[STRIKE]Keep on top of washing up and sink shining
Washing - 4 loads at a guess, swimming 3 times this week has increased that!
Sort DS1s wardrobes, throw old out, and some unused for nephew
Clear some of DS1s old toys out for school fair, aim for one bag!
Put his games and DVDs onto the shelves which were put up yesterday[/STRIKE]
Dry washing away, something I have to catch up on off yesterday too -done most but not all
Sort DS1s toy boxes make labels for the boxes
Get DS2s shelves up and fill those
[STRIKE]Vacuum stairs
Swish swipe kitchen
Kitchen floors brush and mop
Brush and mop living room floor
4 calls about Xmas to make
Wrap and send eBay items (bad seller I forgot yesterday) [/STRIKE]
Sort throuh a box of bathroom stuff
[STRIKE]Pick boys up from school
Make beef casserole, need to find my big pan first! [/STRIKE] big pan has been binned, but managed in large saucepan, cooking now! Smells yummy & used veg about to go off
[STRIKE] Dog out 3 times and poo patrol
Read those flylady emails! [/STRIKE]

Hi, just sat down with a cuppa, after my cleaning disaster. The "wand" on my Dyson has snapped - too much cleaning, obviously Trying to see if I can Freecycle a replacement. There's usually plenty of "dead" Dysons on offer.

• Bleach mould in kitchen (will all depend on how well my cough clears up today)

• Get OH's last pressies - they were out of stock! Need to get it next week.
• Get Dad's pressie
• Order brothers pressies - Just waiting for confirmation email to come through from CD-WOW...I made a mistake during the order.
• [STRIKE]Get/find advent calenders[/STRIKE]
• Cut strips of wrapping paper out to make more paperchains
• Make up Grandad-in-laws pressie x2
• Make up SIL/finace's pressie - household/money notebook/tips
• Address labels for cards
• Gift tags (address labels so they don't come off )
• Copy Christmas songs to MP3 player.
• WRAP PRESSIES :rolleyes: Forgot that one.

I might venture to getting the Christmas decs down from upstairs...but I need to find a new home for my ebay boxes first. Opps....add to list!

Oh thanks for that Nicki, will have a look on those aswell. Being draged out to get Xmas tree today so unsure how much of my list I will get done, just updated the done so far! Not much!

Got advent calenders from card shop
Santa closed till 2pm
General clean done
Clean clothes mountain put away
Children fed

We might even do some packing this afternoon, we need to go through all of the toyboxes (about six cubic metres worth) and rationalise before packing. ds1 boogies happily elsewhere but I suspect this will be a step too far.

I'm back from Asda and I NEVER want to go back :eek: I've just been a very naughty ol' styler and stocked up on some pasta bakes and pasta sauces BUT my daughter loves making up the pasta bakes so I don't mind too much. I also picked up a piece of beef to cook for Xmas day so we'll be having Turkey, pork & beef just like MIL then I also have the sausages wrapped in bacon and not forgetting the sprouts:rotfl: Also picked up the cake (small block one as it's not that popular in this house) and a small christmas pudding So as far as Christmas Dinner goes, except for the brandy butter or anything else OH suddenly decides it wouldn't be Xmas dinner without, I'm DONE Pressies require 2 more to buy and I'm DONE there as well, except the making up :dance: This daily flying is working wonders for me.

My house is clean and tidy, my weekly shop is done, I have enough food in to last me until Christmas (except for more cheese as that disappears in this house faster than I can buy it :rolleyes: ), my Christmas shopping is almost finished and in about 30 minutes (when I've been under the stairs to re-arrange it AGAIN to make room for my ebay boxes _pale_ ) I'll be ready to put my decorations up Which reminds me I also have to go and put the 3ft high advent calender my uncle sent down for DD up in her room :think: Its the only place with enough wall space to put it.

Right, off to put that advent calender up before I tackle the understairs cupboard;):wave:

Nicki - stunned at your organisation! I am doing nothing else Christmas related till we have moved, I have never been so late doing things and it is hurting me a lot. I was buying freezer stuff till my OH kindly pointed out that we will have to let the freezer stand for 24 hours before I can switch it back on. Dinner on day one is therefore going to consist of crab salad, followed by goose. Just have to hope the new oven works......

Oven cleaned, and further inroads into emptying snack cupboard.

hex.. we left our freezer 2-3 hours and switched it back on.. I don't think it makes much difference TBH.. and the elctrical place we bought it from said they don't really need more than a few hours.. it is just that the manufacturers know if they say 24 hours it will be left 3-4.. if they say 3-4 hours it will be left an hour.. Just keep it upright and move it carefully and it'll be fine!

Nicki, i'm just about done too.. just sorting my 2 sisters, mother and husband and we are done!! WOOHOO!! ... BUT.. I then have to start wrapping!!!
