    Well done BH :D

I don't know what specific diet you're on but I'm not talking about low carb as such coz most of them suggest still eating things with sweeteners in them but this is 1 step further than that.
Sweeteners are allowed but only ones that don't affect the insulin levels in your body so that you CRAVE sugar even more than if you'd had the sugar in the first place....

yeah - I'm on one where it's pretty hardcore and you don't replace the sugar with anything! Although you can have Slenda if desparate!
  • after looking up potatoes not prozac I think i'm going to pop into the book shop tomorrow to get a copy :)

Oh yes let's! I would love to get into a dress like the one in your avatar, and have the confidence to go out in public in it.

That's a picture of a dress similar to one I would like to get married in (for the 2nd time) if we ever get round to it :o:D
It's been my avvy pic for ages (probably a couple of years!) and I'm no closer to wearing it now :o:o:o
I've got a loooooooooooooooooong long way to go to get anywhere near that anyways....

I'll be happy to PM you about it when I get started ;)

Have a look at the website that Oceansprayk mentions ^ up there ;) it gives alot of information to give some idea :)

I see it is a lady's thread ;) but me too, I have been a sugar addict for too many years! I eat chocolate everyday and a slice of cake each time I drink tea or coffee. It has been my routine and yes I have a few pounds to lose!
So I checked out Dr. Desmaisons's website and I am going to start eating a potato before going to bed! Thanks for the tip Oceansprayk
