There's a rather hard to miss massive blue board behind most Customer Service Desks, which states the price promise. They've been sneaky, though, as the price promise is at the very bottom of the blue board. If you can't find it there, you'll find it on the white smaller signs on every single till showing which types of card payments they take.

I think there may be other lager/beer multi packs scanning incorrectly with the 2 for £16 offer. Where the multipacks are on floor stacks they have a list of beers in the offer a number of these had been coloured over with a black marker. So it looks like its not only Holsten Export thats wrong.

The policy is usually on the wall at most customer services desk and on the Tesco website.

I've actually had a cs turn around and start to read the board, I pointed out that it was the bit towards the bottom!
