No mention of dates, if they meant the expiry dates to be for customers then they should put them in the same sized font as the price itself, or even just marginally smaller, not tucked away in a tiny font.
just called DTi... things don't look good. he said that tesco are fully within their rights to rescind on their policy because it is not one set by them, it is set by tesco. he said if it was a small item like a packet of cheese then yes they would probably allow refund and retaining of the item... but on 'an item worth nearly £200 its unreasonable to expect the trader to uphold thier policy of a full refund and the customer keeping the item'.

!!!!!! this makes no sense to me.

i'm going to get a phonecall saying they aint gonna uphold their policy there isnt a thing i can do about it.
     R&R since 1/12/06 = £549 :D :shhh:

ok i've had a think of this the only offer that i saw was the 360 + game saving 19-xx
i can surely see this is an offer
    because you make a saving
on the other two there were no indications of an offer because it is a set price

moving on the offer still stands on the xbox and game so its not consistent with offers is it?????

If the display is still there, and you haven't got one already, it could be worth grabbing a photo of it to show to TS. I am willing to bet that in a photo with any type of camera you would be able to read "xbox £259.97" but not the expiry date.

Being shortsighted, and leaving your glasses in the car would help with your case too I would think as far as TS is concerned.
