Then again ive also told them i opened a new account with hsbc, but they didnt tell me that they will probably send me a letter to close it!
I am opening a co-op one in case hsbc send me a letter to close my account
You have not worried me moneysaver. I am constantly worried about everything all the time anyway.!!! My IP didn't mention a connection between Lloyds and Natwest. I didn't think they were connected! I will however be looking into the cashminder account now just incase:(0 -

Just been told that I should receive our proposal early next week. Is there anything in particular that I should keeping an eye out for when reading through it?? If anyone can think of anything I would love a heads up!0

Hi, glad you're getting the bank account sorted!
re the proposal, read it through and if in any doubt about any of the wording make a note then ring and ask your team. don't be afraid to ask a question, much better to feel a bit embarrassed than sign something your locked into for the next 5 yrs!
things are moving forward for you:T0 -

HiHi. How are you now?? Getting back to some kind of normality? Or is is still sinking in? You're a free woman now they hey!:j
Things are moving forward very quickly indeed. GT are certainly not dragging their heels, I'll give them credit for that!
Nerves are really setting in now though. :eek:0 -
Hi, i still feel it's sinking in! but we feel much happier, brighter and have slept better!
we've got to get going re paying Mum& Dad now but at least creditors are off our backs,it was very stressful as you know! it felt an age to me while waiting but you're doing well.....moving forward;), a much better place to be!
i've seen some very positive posts re GT so you're in safe hands, lots of luck, keep posting,i'll watch for your creditors date.0 -
Most IVA proposals these days are Protocol Compliant -- so all much of a muchness. Keep an eye out for the equity clause, if there is one, and make sure you understand it. Also, one variation creditors like : under a PC proposal overtime and bonuses are usually dealt with by disregarding the first amount equivalent to 10% of your normal income and the rest is split 50/50. Some proposals still use the old formula whereby there is no 10% disregard and the lot is split 50/50. If, like me, you get very little in the way of overtime and / or bonuses it makes little difference.
Have a read through and feel free to come back and ask as many questions as needed.
On the bank wobbly ---- I guess it would have been much easier to use the initials, RBS and BOS ---- even had myself going in the end !!!!0 -
Glad things are finally on the up for you FavDaughter. The world is your oyster now!!!
@ Foggy. LOL. My over reactions to the smallest things do have a horrible way of rubbing off on people! I do thank you so much though you've been great.0
