    oo taa

I now use the washiing hokey cokey one too LOL

I VERY BRAVELY left my washing out on the line all day - bedding and towels included - while I went to Derby to take my sister her birthday gift

I paraphrased mr Johnny Cash by the way, for my other motto

That was brave, I get a bit twitchy because we have our very own micro-climate here and if they get rained on I have to wash them again :o

Thanks for the Johnny Cash, reminds me of my Grandma who was a big fan :D

Tootles - hope you're feeling a bit better xx
Lil_me - hello you! Pooches are staying at my parents for the weekend. They lost their dog before christmas so they're enjoying having visitors.

Survived the doctors with another week of antibiotics. If this lot don't sort the infection out once and for all then they're going to do some tests so any spare 'bog off infection' vibes going spare would be fab!

We sold the caravan today. Little bit sad but tonnes of fantastic memories and we will get another one at some stage. We've got a lovely cottage booked where we went with the caravan last year so looking forward to that. It helped that the people who bought the caravan were really lovely.

Right, sleep well everyone and see you tomorrow xx

    Most worktop edging is iron-on,IYKWIM

Medium hot iron, brown paper, keep it moving...

Push down edging with a wooden spoon handle, don't ask me why but it gives a good finish...

    Good luck

Does it have small holes in it down it's length ? ;)

I've been looking around and found this:

    FINISHING CUT ENDS
Laminate edging strip is included with most worktops at no extra cost. This edging
must be applied with contact adhesive or a special double-sided tape designed for this
purpose. If using contact adhesive apply one coat to the core material and allow it to
dry. Cut the edging strip slightly over length then apply a further coat of adhesive to
the core and the edging strip. When the adhesive is dry to the touch apply the edging
strip to the core pressing it firmly into place. Give the adhesive time to harden before
using a fine file to carefully file off any excess.

    If it helps
