    Looks like I have a lot to catch up on:eek::eek::eek:

    Monday ~ Living/Family/Reception room
    Level One
    Declutter and vacuum floor!

    Level Two
    Vacuum under furniture you can safely move..
    Dust and deweb light fittings, picture rails and other fluffy places!!
    Level Three
    Polish any glass.. screens, pictures, ornaments mirrors etc
    Extras
    1. Binbag dance
    Tuesday ~ Kitchen & Dining area
    Level One
    Sweep and mop the floor

    Level Two
    Clean filters and door seals..

    Wednesday ~ Master Bedroom & Landing
    Level 1
    Check smoke alarms are working I dont think I have any:eek:
    Level 2
    Vacuum mattress before replacing fresh linen


    Thursday ~ Study or other reception room & bathrooms

    Level Two
    Vacuum the floors
    defragment the pc while doing this.

    Level Three
    Wipe away cup rings and sticky things
    wipe the keyboard, mouse, cables and sockets and suchlike.

    Friday ~ Childrens Rooms, Spare rooms Or just neglected spaces!

    Level One

    Declutter and vacuum the floor!
    Make half an hour for YOURSELF!!!

    Level Three
    Dust and deweb
    Extras
    1. Sort all the discs back into their correct boxes!!
    2. Clean out pets.. make appointments for any vaccinations they need!!

    unless its a special gun for killing seals and ants, that it :rotfl:

    took DS to Mr M's (why oh why do I do that?) and dissuaded him from the impulse purchase of a DVD (£13.99) with the assurance that it would be cheaper online (and through quidco;))

    found it for £9.99 - but he's ALREADY changed his mind! So no money spent...

    Level One
    Declutter and vacuum floor!
    Level Two
    Vacuum under furniture you can safely move..
    Level Three
    Clear and wipe and cupboards/sideboards in here
    10 minute hotspot clearance...and don't just stuff it all in a drawer!
    Polish any glass.. screens, pictures, ornaments mirrors etc
    Extras
    1. Sort through a drawer or cupboard of 'stuff'
    2. Binbag dance
    Tuesday ~ Kitchen & Dining area
    Level One
    Declutter and wipe worksurfaces
    Sweep and mop the floor
    Wipe table!
    Level Two
    Wipe fronts of units and large appliances
    Scrub out the sink
    Clean filters and door seals.. don't forget the fridge ones they are usually revolting!
    Level Three
    Wash small appliances and replace
    Clean out a mangy cupboard!
    Extras
    1. Scrub kickboards
    2. Wipe over the oven and hob which you all twinkled last week! :p
    Wednesday ~ Master Bedroom & Landing
    Level 1
    Remove bed linen and replace with fresh linen
    Declutter the floordrobe
    Level 2
    Dust surfaces & make sure no cobwebs..
    Vacuum mattress before replacing fresh linen
    15 minutes grotspot clearance
    Level 3
    Vacuum floors in bedroom and on landing
    Sort one area of clothes or linen storage making sure only what should be in there is, anything that's had it's day or doesn't belong there is removed
    Defluff and demuck woodwork... skirtings, window frames, door frames dados, picture rails etc
    Extras
    1. binbag dance, time for that midweek fling, go grab a bag and clear that clutter
    2. Air the duvet.. fling it over the line for half an hour if you can.. fly away bugs!
    3. Clean windows in these rooms
    4. Tidy away those toiletries and make up
    Thursday ~ Study or other reception room & bathrooms
    Level One

    Clear the clutter from all these rooms!!
    Level Two
    Vacuum the floors
    clean bath, toilets, shower and sinks
    Wipe down the tiles and defragment the pc while doing this.
    Level Three
    declutter and dust the pc desk
    Wipe away cup rings and sticky things
    wipe the keyboard, mouse, cables and sockets and suchlike.
    Clean the windows.
    Extras

    1. Vacuum under movable furniture
    2. HHI..
    3. Clear a hotspot
    Friday ~ Childrens Rooms, Spare rooms Or just neglected spaces!
    Level One

    Declutter and vacuum the floor!
    Strip and wash and replace stinky bedding
    Level Two
    Sort through a cupboard of clothing
    Sort through a box of toys/junk
    Binbag dance
    Level Three
    Tidy/straighten a bookcase/shelf unit
    Wash any curtains/cushions etc that are in need
    Dust and deweb
    Extras

    well about a week ago someone asked how to get pet hair off cushions, put on a pair of rubber gloves and stroke them off!!! Honest it works, just sorry it took me so long to remember to post the tip :)
    Go hopefully into each new day, enjoy something from every day no matter how small, you never know when it will be your last

  • Did a blitz this afternoon. OH b'day tomorrow, so won't be doing much other than washing - I'll try and finish the kitchen on saturday and maybe do the windows on sunday...have a good weekend all x

    2. Throw out any oven trays beyond their best.. peeling non-stick coatings are really bad for you!! - made one specially when my tea fell down the back of the shelf which someone had put in the wrong way round :p
