Evening all
Managed all I'd planned for the day, 2 bedrooms done now top to bottom, 2 to go.
DS2 happy as his brace is coming off in 7 weeks, DS1 not happy as his isn't and he has rubber bands on it now too.
Toots - poor you, hope you feel better soon
AnW'sMum hope you had a good trip home
Sunnygirl hugs for you and your M&D. I have been there and it is really tough going, hope the trial goes well and that Dad continues to feel well
Candygirl - hugs, as your only one she was so special to you. I hope one day soon she sees the light
Amazon order just arrived - very late in the day I was surprised. That will keep DS2 quiet for a good while.
Plan:
cuppa
DW to put on
kitchen to tidy
DS3 to put to bed
ironing - masses of it!The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0 -
candy girl - your siggy :rotfl: knob - reminds me that, aged about 5 DS called me a clever !!!!!!...

ah BUT she *might* be seeing you all apparently 'holding it together' and think she's the only one who feels like that anmd no-one else clearly feels as bad as she does so perhaps she shouldn't be feeling like that...
it's a big thing to cope with and she isn't sure how to cope. There are stages of mourning - loss, anger, resentment among others but not everyone goes through them all and certainly not at the same pace.
My exOH1 was bereaved of a Grandad very young and the family were surprised at the calmness with which he took his Grandad's absence...he was the only Grandchild and they had been very very close.
Then, one day, at Grandma's he set off howling and wailing ...
it turned out that Grandad's toothbrush had JUST been thrown out. Up until that point he 'knew' Grandad was around because his toothbrush was around! He'd been 'expecting' him to come 'home'!Don't put it DOWN; put it AWAY"I would like more sisters, that the taking out of one, might not leave such stillness" Emily DickinsonJanice 1964-2016

I've worked really hard over the last year at controlling my impatience with her but this afternoon is was right back to square 1 - really let myself down and I should of been so much better with her so partly my fault to

Have cooked tea, blitzed kitchen, and put WM on.
Window cleaner has been, but it means that the inside windows look a mess. Desperately need to do them now.
The good news is that I got all the gossip in the road. A recent marriage, and people opposite moving even though there is no board!
Lamewolf - i don't know if you are registered with the tps - link
It means you don't get cold calls from people selling. I HATE answering the phone. Don't ask me why but I do? We have caller display too so i can see who it is.
Off to put the washing in the TD then a bit of tv I think. Off work tomorrow, so will do lots of flying. Having roots done in the afternoon

Bed delivered for spar-oom might put it together whilst DH is at work tomorrow, will need a serious re-org but hey ho. Doggies will have a way better vantage point
(and might stop trying to sleep on our bed where they aren't allowed)
DH's mate and him have taken them selves out to the garage so I get to catch up on fred
Might have been me rattley coughing that made them think the outdoors was preferable :rotfl::T:rotfl::T:rotfl::T
Our lounge window has three levels of [STRIKE]snot[/STRIKE] nose art, one for each dog
Always feel great when I clean it but doesnt last 5 seconds. :rotfl:Ahh well the car's worse :rotfl: husky snot on the back window and beagle on the passenger side
Slight confusion Candygirl what's SOTD? I found this: http://www.acronymfinder.com/SOTD.html is it any of them??"I know that Prince Charming doesn’t come save me, we save each other and fight back to back against all comers that’s what marriage is to me.
