    Aw my beautiful woofit!
But handsome slobbery pooch is in Scotland with Mum - he looks after her now she is all on her lonesome and us kids have flown the coop... when she was poorly after her heart attack, she was really down and lonely in the house on her own.

A documentary of bbc 4 a while ago, the "Secret life of Dogs" was quoting figures about heart attack recovery, saying you were 3 to 4 times more likely to make a complete recovery if you owned a dog.

dippypud do you feel like you have razor blades in your throat, and are there any white dots down there?

Exhausted, having loaded and unloaded wm and done breakfast...36 weeks preggers, is that an excuse?

greenbee congratulations! They do say living well is the best revenge;)

Harder to type with puppy on lap...trying to clear the decks in our room today so we can fit a cot in there, not that baby will sleep in it...
Please do not confuse me with other gratefulsforhelp. x
  • Morning lovelies

Been awol past couple of days but have been keeping busy. Kids are off to KH's today so once they are gone I will strip their beds and get them in the WM. Im at work later so just need to do some general tidying up rather than work to the list as the house is still lovely and even though its been half term the kids havent made a mess and have been doing the jobs ive asked them to do.

Hugs, spoons, sticks, healing vibes, congratulations and happy birthdays where needed.

Just going to declutter and coffee and I best feed the dog as hes brought me his food bowl so I think hes hungry

DW on and kitchen a little tidier... need to get dressed then go out into the damp and juggle freezer contents to put the food I seem to be generating away! Washing up also needs doing, then yesterday's chicken stock needs potting up to freeeze, and I have another batch of soup to make. Hopefully I can then meal plan and include minimal cooking and get on with some of this work that's hanging over me. Weekend will be busy... seeing ex on Saturday to pick up the last of my stuff from the flat (so need to muck out the car) and a friend I haven't seen for years is coming over on Sunday afternoon... guess I'll have to tidy up downstairs and produce something for tea!!! As there is no freezer space, I'll have to do it on Sunday morning

Need to see who I can persuade to come over and eat stuff tonight/tomorrow/Friday night/Saturday night/Sunday lunch ...

ETA... bother... emailed estate agent last night and she has people who want to come and look round. House is a tip. They want to come on Saturday (can't... I'm out) or any evening after 5.15. If i'm having to tidy up for Sunday afternoon I guess I'd better go for early next week...
