Evening all, i'm having a crappy week so far. Nothing has happened just BD chasing me. Spent most of today walking in and out of rooms not knowing where to start. House is a major tip with loads to do.

Only things that have been done this week is dw and wm. Rhys is in a foul and clingy mood to, which doesn't help.

Book train ticket for tomorrow for OH (so that I get the quidco money!)
Sort paperwork and clothes for the boys who are going to rockclimbing and fencing tomorrow instead of nursery holiday club like they used to'If you have a garden and a library, you have everything you need' Marcus Tullius Cicero0 -

Am totally exhausted - spent 3 hours cleaning today and still didn't get it all done off the list - never mind the "dailies" that actually get done once a week if I'm lucky.....
I found it easier to work from one end of the kitchen to the other cleaning as I went rather than do Level 1,2,3
so here's what I managed in my 3 hours ....
Level One
Declutter and wipe worksurfaces
Wipe table!
Level Two
Wipe fronts of units
Scrub out the sink
Level Three
Wash small appliances and replace
Extras
Wash out bins.. did the compost caddies
Not much for 3 hours really. When does the resentment stop??? I'd rather be reading a book.£2012 in 2012 Challenge £2051.06£2013 in 2013 Challenge £500 -

ah, but next time you do the kitchen it won't take you so long, honest. Think you might be trying to do too much in one go - have a couple of weeks where you just do the level 1 jobs. Then the following couple of weeks do the level 2 jobs, and so on. I promise that as the weeks go by, each job will take less time, and you'll have more time for the things you really love, like reading.
Right.. catching up..
Greenbee well deserved!!! :T:T
aj happy birthday
jo woo-hoo!!! :j
LW I do like men who can actually do meaningful looks!! Hope you're ok. Spoons here if you need them.
grateful she is gorgeous!! Tess-dog says 'woof!' by way of welcome
helenjelly and vanilla (((hugs)))
been fluttering rather than flying today. Half term means a little helper who is not-necessarily-very-helpful :rotfl: still, work done on previous weeks means I'm keeping on top of hotspots before they develop, and the ironing basket is only 1 wash deep, so things are ok!
spoons and positive vibes as always to toots, LL, LW, soappie and anyone else who needs them

What happened to ASBO dog?
Aw my beautiful woofit!
For those of you who are not aware, Marley from 'Marley and Me' was not a golden labrador....he was a ginger spaniel, and his real name was copper....
Here he is helping tidy the house.... (he made this mess btw.... digging for only who knows what!)
Everytime I took him for a walk, he came back looking like this...
His favourite place to sleep was my bed, which he knew he wasnt allowed...
He always would beg - from everyone and anyone...

Every time I opened the car door, he would get it manky - whether he was supposed to be getting in or not!
But handsome slobbery pooch is in Scotland with Mum - he looks after her now she is all on her lonesome and us kids have flown the coop... when she was poorly after her heart attack, she was really down and lonely in the house on her own.
xx
