I love my Kindle :D I had a slight blip where the screen bled on mines 2 weeks after I got it and after phoning Amazon they sent another out that day, and I could organise for DHL to come and pick up my old kindle any time that suited me.

Would recommend to anyone and if you're not fussy about what you read you'l rarely pay more than £2 for a book.
The frontier is never somewhere else. And no stockades can keep the midnight out.

That sounds good. Too bad we don't shop in Tesco though, so my mum doesnt have a clubcard.
Trying to find a code i can use online to order it and pick it up instore.
  • Shopped in Tesco and they gave me a £12 discount voucher to be spent on £80 non groceries by end Feb so went to the Information desk on way out and spent it on a £99 Kindle Result!!!
  • Hi all
I'm also saving to buy a Kindle. Just cant decided whether to pay more and get the wi-fi 3G model or go for the standard model. Can you go online with the more expensive model (ie send emails, access facebook etc), or is that you can just download book anywhere any time?
    Thanks for any help!
:j Bought all my presents for this year (birthday and Christmas) now starting on next years!!:j

Think of the Kindle store like itunes.
You can buy ebooks elsewhere but they wont be in the Kindle format.
You can however covert them if you know how.
Lots of free books in the Kindle store though.
Amazon backs up all your purchases, and you can read them on your kindle pc ipad iphone etc.

    Hi,
If I ordered a free e-book from Amazon say Kindle edition would it work on my Sony e-reader or not?

thanks for any information you can give
