san francisco new rom restarts every time i download somthing

If you already have a clockworks installed (I assume you have as you already had flashed it) then all you need to do is
1. Hold down the volume button when you power up, then just select the new ROM on your sd card, then just install it.
its always advised you reset the factory settings first, then clear cache when you're on clockwork recovery mode. then flash the new ROM0
