    Hmm...I find my steam cleaner zaps creamy oily things so that would probably be my first response? Good luck!

    can't help really, other than to say as the kids get older the sudocrem will be the least of your worries stain wise

    with waxy stuff aren't you meant to iron (low heat) over something absorbent like a tea towel or tissue

    DD tipped the entire contents of a large sudocream over her head and our 2 day old carpet - I scrapped off as much as I could, put some fairy on it once it had dried and it washed out - it worked for us (and DD's hair!)

  • Gosh I am sorry, I could have SWORN I responded to everyone but here I am looking and I obviously didn't!! I do apologise that was really rude of me when you took the time to respond.

    Thank you all, I will be arming myself with washing up liquid and trying that as soon as I am up to it.
