Well after all that wait I finally got an email from Jaeger yesterday to tell me that the order had been cancelled due to a stock discrepancy! Surely it would not take 2 weeks to work that one out? What annoys me is that they have had my money all this time and then they tell me it will take a further 5-7 days to receive the refund! I did send them a feedback email as they were asking us to do so, I was not impressed!

I picked up my necklace yesterday...It looks awful! Really cheap and tacky and plastic. It had an "original" price tag of £90...was reduced in the sale to £28 so I "only" paid £8 for it, but wow, I wouldn't even have paid that if I'd seen it first! It looks worse than a Primark necklace (I have a few of those and some are gorgeous!). I don't know how on earth they can justify the sale price, nevermind the original one!
  • I am happy with most of the stuff I got but I agree with Max that the jewellery is really poor quality. I ordered a bangle that the picture made look huge and its a tiny plasticy thing that I cant believe they have ever tried to shift for £50. The belts I got are lovely though and nice quality although again ridiculous for the price

Hope everyone got what they wanted :)

I did the same thing- felt really good carrying around the bags! I felt an urge to go in Primark to balance things up a bit but I just couldn't do it.....*shudders*
  • Picked up my Jaeger items today - Very pleased if not for the PLEASURE of the experience of being able to shop there! lol

You are right - You do walk out feeling good about your lovely Jaeger shopping bag and packaging it comes in

I got the room fragrance and bath oil which weren't at sale price so paid £6.50 each for them for a nice touch of luxury...

Worth it considering got 10 pounds off each item - Would NEVER pay full price though

I wanted some nice aromatic home items after going for a shopping trip to Bicester Village and being frustrated I didn't have enough money to even treat myself in the L'Occitanne shop! :(

    So THANKS OP!!! :j:j

I got my parcels on Friday. The two staff members were staring at the email reciepts - £4 for a scarf and £26 for a previously £150 cardigan. I almost thought they weren't going to give me the stuff especially when they came back to tell me it wasn't there. They found them eventually though. I am stunned that a cardigan could be £150 when it's just a woolly thing - nothing particularly special about it at all. I'm really pleased with my bargains - and amazed that Jaeger sent out the orders when we weren't meant to get sale items. Miles better than messing about at Hobbs.

Collected my 2 items today. A top for £4 and a pair of jeans for £4 both beautifully wrapped in tissue and then a gift box and then put into a Yaeger bag. Wish I could shop there all the time. Hobbs could learn a thing or two from Yaeger's customer service.;)
