I picked my last of three orders up this lunchtime - it was on non-sale items this time.

The e-mail actually says 'The store will hold your parcel for a maximum of 14 days' - no minimum specified, so they could send them back earlier. Not really good cusotmer service though. At HoF, if you have it delivered to the store and you don't pick it up, they ring you before sending it back.

I've just signed up specifically so I can see if anyone else is in the same position as me! I place three orders with the Guardian code, all three were desptched to store and I received an email saying that they had arrived in store last week. The email clearly stated that I had 14days to collect the items. This morning I've recived emails saying that the items have been returned to Jaeger for a refunded because of a 'stock file discrepancy'! I;ve replied asking what does that mean but I'm gutted! is anyone else received this email this morning?

I have had a email the same this morning, but i couldnt work it out as i already picked the package up ???? then it clicked, there was a pair of sock's missing in one order, and i wasn't going to complain as it also included a mens shirt, i still got an amazing bargain, but how wonderful are Jaeger, they refunded me for the sock's, meaning we got the shirt for nothing !!!! so was your order for sock's and something else, as maybe that has what has happened to your's too, also can you not call the store to check how many package's they have for you ?

and once again thank you anna grant for this, i still have a few more thing's to pick up from my store, it's even better than xmas :T

also Jaeger have a new customer in me, even if it's only stuff from their sale's........:D

My email refunded me £0.00 for the pair of socks! So I ended up paying 80p for a purse and one pair of socks. Think I shall take it to Trading Standards...
  • Collected my order from the Jaeger outlet in Swindon yesterday - £4 for a lovely man's shirt. Perfect for hubby's birthday in May!

    I collected my order today.

I never been in the store before but it was lovely, I shall definately aspire to shop there when I'm not a student any more.

I picked up my order of a studded coin purse and umbrella for £12 for both. The sales assistant asked if I wanted to check the products first but I love upwrapping my stuff at home so I said no. She put it in a nice Jaeger bag for me.

Well I couldn't wait to get home, so I unwrapped it in my office. The order was in a box which was full of tissue paper and Jaeger stickers and was a complete delight to unwrap, it really adds to the whole experience!

The coin purse is lovely, but it is tiny and would not fit many coins in and the umbrella is an umbrella with a little Jaeger tag on it! For £12 I am pleased with my order, I will keep an eye out for Jaegar bargains in the furture.

    Thanks OP

I got the coins purse too and it's unbelievably tiny, I'm wondering if a £2 coin could fit in there! Either way, it's lovely and I agree about the packaging. It was worth ordering just for the packaging and it also seems that their original prices might be so high due to the packaging costs! I wouldn't have paid £25 for that purse though.
