I picked up my 3 orders with no problems at all. I must say, the store was absolutely huge with several floors and I was the only customer in there!

I am still waiting for an email that one of my orders has arrived instore! I have one but the other has STILL not arrived, at this rate the other item will have been returned, it is too far to go and just collect the one item and then have to go back for the second.......hurry up Jaeger what is taking you so long?:mad:

I only received emails for 2 orders (3 orders made in total). However, when I went to collect the orders, all 3 were there. I still haven't got the third email! Try and phone them to check that all your orders are there.

I received my items yesterday. OH picked them up from the store. It looks as if they spent more money on the lovely packaging than I did on the items. I got him a shirt that was originally £65, down to £24, only £4 with the online code.

I've just signed up specifically so I can see if anyone else is in the same position as me! I place three orders with the Guardian code, all three were desptched to store and I received an email saying that they had arrived in store last week. The email clearly stated that I had 14days to collect the items. This morning I've recived emails saying that the items have been returned to Jaeger for a refunded because of a 'stock file discrepancy'! I;ve replied asking what does that mean but I'm gutted! is anyone else received this email this morning?

difficult to say really.

it may be that they mean 14 days from when you order - but that would not give you enough time to collect the order. it could just be an email sent by error. at the same time, the SAs may have seen the price you paid for the item (the invoice can be seen on the front), waited a few days for you to come and just thought 'they're not getting them at this price! send 'em back!'. that would be unfair though.

let us know what happens!

I collected my order on Saturday. One pair of socks was out of order. Today I received the same email as you so maybe just a part of your order is out of stock. I'd ring the shop.
