How much of your stuff have your sold to clear debt?

I sold the car as parking permit was up for renewal and I didn't have the funds to renew it. Pleased now that I've done it as I wouldn't have been able to afford to run it. Now have an oyster card but in all honesty I tend to walk mostly. Have sold a few things on ebay but not at a great profitDon't let the past become your future

We haven't sold things to fund the debt, but when I need/want something I sell something else on eBay to put some money in the PayPal account then use that and am very strict about not spending a penny more, plus allowing for paying any eBay selling fees etc. It's nice having a self-contained little system and make me feel better about things like candle-making supplies, which I then use to make presents etc. £10 on wax, moulds, wick etc can make me £50 worth of presents or more so I think it's a good investment plus I love doing it! I've paid for my daughter's Christmas presents this way and it feels great. If you can't be a good example, be a dire warning

We've sold our guitars and amps, our sly+ box, cd players, cds, dvds... all sorts. Made £400 from ebay in October alone which paid off nearly 2 debts.

I've sold loads of stuff on Amazon but until a few days ago I was just treading water and not really facing up to my major problem - not enough regular income. I'm still selling bits and bobs on Amazon, though, just to clear some space in my flat and give me a tiny bit of additional income.0

Thanks everyone.
I'm going to make a list of stuff I can sell. I'm avoiding thinking about my books though, can't quite let go of them...mainly novels, nothing spectacular but I love books! I read them again and again!0 -

The books were my biggest wrench, I kept my absolute favourites. I didn't get a great deal for them as the car boot/amazon/second-hand shops seem to be saturated with books at the moment. Most of my belongings are in storage so I needed to get rid of a great deal. If you love them, keep hold of them."Tomorrow is always fresh, with no mistakes in it." (Montgomery, L.M.(1908). I've sold books, unwanted presents, clothes, shoes (sob!), handbags, CDs, DVDs, basically lots of clutter. I'd say constant decluttering earns me on average £50-£75 a month, although last month I made a bigger effort and made almost £200.Debt at highest May 2006: £27,472.24
