Today I went to Sainsburys/Aldi for the Christmas food shop. I had a £8 off a £40 till spit for Sainsburys and also used up £9 worth of Luncheon Vouchers from PCone that needed using. As the assistant was scanning all the vouchers I noticed a discarded brand match till spit worth almost £9 by the carrier bags.

There were no other customers nearby who I could see it may have belonged to so I used it and with all the vouchers ended up getting £71 worth of shopping for £45. HoweverI feel a bit guilty for using the brand match that wasn't mine so I'm going to put more than I normally would in the midnight mass church collection on Christmas Eve.

  • 1. NSD.

    2. I am not feeling well today but instead of turning on the upstairs heating I have a hot water bottle.

    3. Homemade meals all day.

I wanted to work out my next overpayment as it has to be a minimum of £200 but my bank account hasn't updated yet. I will try again tomorrow. I paid off £1500 the other day but I wanted to make another smaller payment before the end of the year and round it off so it's a nice, tidy number.:)
