    Good things:
Done my adpoints - 250 Nectar points, if I do this every week I will be [STRIKE]rich[/STRIKE] marginally better off :D.
Done a few polls on onepoll, over 1/2 way to payout :).
Moved £160 to offset so massive interest saved there for the few weeeks it's there ;).
Taking a packed lunch to London - even though I'm working with a colleague at a client's premises :o.

    Bad things:
Will be buying a frothy coffee - my 'going to London' treat. With loyalyy card and Bite card discount it is less than £2. So :p.

    Neutral things:
If I have time will be spending around £80 worth of Boots points on ME!!!!!!! :j. Not saving them up all year to waste on other people ;).
A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort
    :) Mortgage Balance = £0 :)

  • Nothing much to report other than £25 from C0nfused Motormate app, free coffee from Caffe Ner0 (o2 Priority moments) and free fivers through @mex shop small. I have not been doing surveys for a month now - will get back to doing them next month when I get a bit more free time.:)

In the last few days I've:
    * used TCB to shop on ebay after checking that ebay was the cheapest place for my purchase.
    * performed extensive googling to find reasonably priced B&B for night away visiting family and then used TCB to purchase
    * installed motormate and sent off for free car charger/hands free kit.
    * taken DH out for a cheap meal as a treat.
    * done some surveying
    * followed up on an expired reward voucher link and got it reissued
Debt at highest: £8k. Debt Free 31/12/2009. Original MFD May 2036, MF Dec 2018.
  • This week I had a no spend day. Also
    *linked nectar to eBay
*bought 2 baby snowsuit from eBay for 13 pounds. Would have cost at least 30 new
*bought baby xmas present reduced 50% off
*shared a ride to pool about 20 miles away saving petrol money
*been visiting charity shops for clothes for little man...

    Jobs for this week

    - Get in touch with work re. Keep in touch days for extra pennies
-Bottle up my home made xmas tipple
-Find new NHS dentist as mind has gone private

Plus has anyone made home made wine? Looks like I can pick up the equipment for about £15-20 which I thinks will mean breaking even after first batch. Wondering if they taste any good and easy enough to so??

  • 1. Ordered Tesco shopping with £22 pounds of money off vouchers.:T

    2. Did a meal plan for week, I'm making batch cook chili tomorrow and apple crumble. Yum.

    3. I decided to go back to my old plan of setting a budget for the week and then just getting money out from the cashpoint once a week and when the money is gone, it's gone!;)

    4. Used some coppers from my jar to buy a paper. I have to put some silver in there or I feel guilty for the man in the shop.:rotfl:
