    * completed some surveys at lunchtime
    * went hunting the £2.50 nouvelle 9 rolls 9 extra free at MrT but no luck so far :(

    1. I'm obsessed. :D I just checked my online bank account to work out how much money we will have left over at payday to go towards the January overpayment.:T

It's weird how by adding up every penny and pound and allocating it to different budgets I actually feel like our household income has increased.:)

    2. I'm going to order Tesco shopping online very early to get a cheap delivery charge.
I have gave up smoking:o. We should have done it a long time ago!

    Evening everyone,

I spent today chopping wood for my log burner today so on the plus side I have enough wood to last 2-3 months on the other side every part of me aches. Still it has reduced our heating bill by £70 a month.

I have also done some swag bucks and consumer pulse and a couple of comps. We has jackets instead of a take away and DH also got given a very nice bottle of wine for helping a neighbour so all in all a very MSE day

    * got screened out of surveys today :(
    * asked mysurvey to reactivate my account
    * went to Herr A and got food for cooked brekkie instead of visiting a caff - several days for the price of one :)
    * went to CS and didn't buy stuff when there was nothing I really wanted.
    * ate tea from freezer, making space for more food ;)

Hi, have just come back tothe MFW path, having fallen off the wagon a bit....

    Not much today, but:
    Paid £10 as OP
Made up some meals to freeze for next week and
Turned heating right down and sat by the woodburner, in semi dark!

Am having a CP dilemma at the mo - leave them in and risk CP going bust, or cash them in and risk retailer going bust . I think I'm going to do what Tilly does (which is always a good mantra :D) and get Amazon vouchers.

ETA: except you can't get Amazon vouchers :(, back to the drawing board!

It is difficult isn't it Gally? I feel that the amaz0n vouchers don't save us as much real £ as they get used for treats, but difficult to know when you will want to use X high st store far enough in advance to order offline vouchers.

What about asking friends/family if there are any vouchers they want and swapping them with them for cash?

Or you could get them for a shop that you can get early Xmas (or Bday) presents from and then store the item away?

I always have the dilemma about what to have from CP as like you I tend to get Amazon vouchers from elsewhere.

    BW :)
