I've been lurking on here for a long while and its time to post something for a change! Our current account is set up so that at the end of each month any money in the account over a set figure is skimmed off and paid into our mortgage. My husband set it up so that it happens automatically.

Which bank is this with? Wonder if my bank does this.

    Today:
    - stayed at home
    - sold some items on ebay
    - done some surveys
    - sorted out my filing of bills etc
    - sorted out my vouchers
MFW 2016 No 68 £1300/£8500 No new toiletries Cook sth different

    Today I have -

Redeemed a £5 Amazon voucher from Superpoints. I also got a 50 point referal if anyone wants it; available for the next two days - http://superpoints.com/bonus/mh2znr

Leftover pasta bolognaise for tea. Took lunch from home to work

    Did a P!nec0ne

Swapped some change in a work tuck shop for a £2 coin. (I collect them and the sooner my money box is full the sooner I can smash it and bank it) :)

Got some bottled beer on offer at Sainsburys (12 bottles of Carling Zest for £6 so got 3 cases.) The plan is to try and put them to one side for Xmas but they probably won't last that long!)

    Got a £6 off a £40 spend voucher when I paid.

Not so MSE but good deed for the day - dropped friend off in town this evening so she didn't have to pay for a taxi.

Printed a Starbucks 241 voucher which I shall use tomorrow in london.... To be fair, I'd save a bit more if I didn't bother with a Starbucks at all!
