Anyone with a smart phone? Then don't forget that if You shop in Sainsburys then there is an app that allows you to activate Instore offers for extra points. There is also a Quidco app that gives you check-in offers at certain retailers eg Car Phone Warehouse - quite often you don't even need to go Instore.

I use the Quidco app for checking in. B&Q have a check in reward too. They used to have New Look, but that seems to have fallen off the app, so maybe they stopped doing it.

You just stand inside the shop, open the app (which logs where you are on gps) and touch the check-in button. You can check in to the same place every 2 weeks I think.

    This weekend:

    * got another christmas pressie in the CS, and a few cheap treats for us.
    * Walked to and from MrA & MrT Express stores, to get shopping (including yellow sticky bargains :)) This saved petrol but pulling home a granny trolley containing milk, screenwash, antifreeze, spuds etc, left me feeling like I was going to end up with Mr Tickle arms!
    * Also was thoughtful about what I would make for dinners, and have made a tentative meal plan of dinners for the week
