    I hope you used a Morrisons Miles card ;)
    Oh yes, but I forgot to use my voucher in the store! I had two vouchers in my bag... and I still have two vouchers in my bag :rotfl:

    Have just booked a hotel room for a wedding later in the year - saved £5 by paying in advance and not going direct. Cheaper rate means unable to cancel, but as they've been together several years I imagine the wedding is likely to go ahead ;) Also got 5% TCB, although it looks like you often have to raise a claim for it. Total saving (if we get cashback) of £12 :T

    Oh, and also agreed to buy an iphone! :o It is an MSE bargain, but it is still an indulgence. Bang goes my NSD - betwen that and the hotel I've "spent" over £210 today :rotfl:

    * got some charity shop pressie stash goodies for my mum's stash and mine#

  • Working in France next week. Rarely work away and am not a confident lone-traveller so feel abit pathetic about having to go.

    Cheering myself up with the following thoughts:-

    *Reduced utilities bill for next week

    *No Petrol used

    *Food reimbursed by work

    *Someone else will launder my sheets and pay for loo-roll :rotfl:

    *Booked flight on Expedia via Quidco and paid on Tesco Credit Card so that's 200 Nectar Points, 78 Clubcard Points and £3.15 cashback

    *Need Travel Insurance next. Am also going to Berlin in May for work so am going to get an annual policy. I need insurance for US hols later in year so am going to price an Annual EU policy and an Annual Global policy - I will buy the Global Policy and work will reimburse me the cost of an EU policy. Will also buy via Quidco :D

    BTW - I guess most people are aware of the European Health Insurance card? I realised that mine had expired so went to renew. I 'googled' EHIC and clicked on the sponsored link presuming that that was the 'official' website. I was part way through the application when I realised that there was a £14.99 processing fee for the free card! (I know someone else has done this when applying for a US Visa waiver) So I came on MSE and went to the link there - and renewed on the correct website and FOC!

    Small things in the last week ~

    * £5.50 saved on petrol using Mr. T 10p off a litre
    * £5 saved on a £40 Mr. T shop
    * £21 saved on D0mino's pizza order (for DD2 sleepover ~ never have takeaways usually) as they were having a '£5.99 any size pizza' deal ~ didn't know this until I went to pay so that was a nice surprise :D
    * We all had leftover pizza for breakfast/lunch the next day ~ surprisingly nice ;)
    * Bought some reduced gift sets (presumably from Christmas) & reduced make-up from B00ts ~ got 3 for 2 discount as well so saved about £30 in total. Will use the gift sets as Birthday pressies during the year, unfortunately the make-up has already been claimed by my DDs
    * Used a VO voucher to pay for the Boots stuff, so technically free??

    All the above savings have gone into my OP pot :)
