Those Kuhn Rikon's are dead posh. I saw one in one of those fancy slummy-mummy kitchen shops recently and my heart nearly stopped at the price. I'm still using my mother's old Prestige one which must be about 40 years old by now and still going strong0

Yes. One is dead posh. Actually.
It will last a lot longer than me and be a family heirloom !0 -

The allotments are going great and spuds are in as well as other veg..toms are growing, strawberry plants are also doing great..my little fruit bed is blooming..cat crap problem solved i have been putting broken egg shells all over ..pokey bits upwards:D..love to see it sit on that:rotfl:.had to pay the rent on them this wk £70 for both..not too bad in the long term..as its going to save us an absolute fortune in fruit and veg ..
Got a problem though my chickens stopped laying last wk..and seem to be out of sorts..well my neighbour from 2 doors down came to tell me she had seen a bloody great fox in her garden after her rabbits..twice she has seen it..so i am assuming thats what is up with my little feathered ladies..will increase security on chicken coop.

Sainsbury's are - and round here they're the cheapest even before the promotion! It's 5p per litre off when you spend £50. It's good for us as that's where we buy a lot of our provisions.0 -

Those sort of shops are the ones I use to get washing powder/supply of loo roll/ some spare cleaning cloths/washing up brush to store for the next change over depending on the price of my shop. Ten pounds is regretably easy to ''fill'' with provisions with no expiry that for me it makes sense to hold in reserve in order to use the offers with out ''extra''spend, just advanced spend.0 -
When is the offer on until please? I have looked on their website but xoudnt see anything!
Thanks a million! X:A Every moment is a gift. That's why we call it the present.!:A
