Just had to rearrange my dentist appointment again. The woman wouldn't book me in for another month, which I guess is fair enough seeing as I've had to cancel 2 already.

If I've still got this cough by 18th July, then I think I will be in the loony bin anyway!!

I've seen X-men too. Definitely better than 3 but not sure about Wolverine - but then I love Hugh Jackman so I'm a bit biased. Know what you mean about the continuity errors. My OH said that it's a new film and you have to disregard the other versions?! I couldn't watch that bit where he pulled out that guy's fillings!

So one vote for Green Lantern then :)

I see your OH point but the thing is the director remained try to some of the bits of the earlier films. So he was acknowledging the previous films, soooo really you can't ignore it. Had many debates with friends about it.

I totally agree about the filling scene, yuck, yuck, yuck!

Just seen Empire's review of Green Lantern . . .2 stars. Hmmmm not great but I will still go and see it.

I'm not sure if they are making a sequel to the new x-men film or not. It was kind of set up that way. I think they should have stayed true to the other films a bit more.

Only 2 stars? I don't always pay much attention to those reviews as I have seen rubbish films before that people rave about (Tropic Thunder for example) and brilliant films that get slightly panned (like The Blind Side) so I always think the best thing to do is go and see the film to get your own opinion ;).

I will speak to my sister later and make a decision.

Thank god I'm not the only one who didn't like Tropic Thunder!

Just come home to a letter from one of my creditors. Well, not a letter as such but a direct debit form. I take it they accept my proposal then. I've filled it out and will send it back tomorrow.

    One down, 9 to go.

Today I have been reading a story on goal setting. It was really good actually and even had a checklist type thing to print out at the end (I love all stuff like that, they really motivate me).

So I've set up 2 goals this evening. My first is to get this flipping bed totally with Amazon vouchers. Feels like I've had it in my signature for ages. My target is 16th July, 1 month from tomorrow. I have written down exactly how I can get the rest of the vouchers that I need in that time.

My second, and bigger goal, is to pay back my mum. I've given myself 6 months from tomorrow for that one. That is 183 days, which means that I need to make a payment of £10.55 a day to get there. I've done a spreadsheet with the days listed on it so I can keep track of how much I've got and still need to get.
