he was already @ the till having done whatever, so when asked if there was anything else, y not ask for £10?! saves leaving and queing up @ a machine!

When I was with Abbey National they decided to charge £3 to pay a bill in the branch.
I moved to Lloyds - a proper bank. Santander = Bank of Toytown0
