Happened to me recently with a large order. I thought it went through OK but turns out payment 'wasn't received', but the date i did the order there was more than enough in my bank to cover it . They sent me an invoice but I'd returned most of the items by then so I ignored it, so they amended it and sent the correct one.
Normally i'd be upset about it but i have bad credit so this is a small blessing really.
Havent checked credit file though.0 -
