You do understand that the goods are the responsibility of the sender until they are received?
So if they get lost before being recieved by H&M, that is your problem.

everything (including the missing item) was in one parcel, collected by h&m's arranged courier. they have logged every other item that was in that one parcel as returned to their warehouse, bar this one item (a fairly large item too, so it's not like it was something that could have slipped out unnoticed).

Emergency!!! Please help me
I am in the same situation. I chose to pay for my purchase by Debit Card. But now I turned out that I am in monthly invoice and my due balance is 35 GBP. This is totally news to me. I am not in England, btw. So can you guys tell me how to pay up all my "due balance". I need make a bank transfer by online banking but there account no is no where to be found. Please help me !!! I want to get this debt off my chest as soon as possible.

Well from their website...

Monthly Invoice - up to 45 days to make your payment

• Try on first and pay later.
• No interest.
• Special offers are sent with the monthly invoice.

All purchases and possible returns made in one month are added to an invoice which you will receive at the beginning of the following month. The invoice, which includes a fee of £1.25, is due at the end of the month. It includes a payment slip for you to make your payment.

So did they send you an invoice?
Is there not a payment slip included?

After 6 years I consider myself very " MSE savi " but hands up H & M have done exactly the same to me as did Next .

Both have given me credit accounts when I never applied for them ( so I thought ):(

H & M sort code is 20-00-00

I have no idea about this because I am in Vietnam now and my address in the account is my friend's campus in England. Maybe they've sent but she is too busy to notice, maybe not

So sorry if I am so stupid because this is my first experience with online shopping I still cannot find link where I can fill in the account number sort code above to make the payment. Can you explain it more detail please. Thanks alot

Ahaha, I don't think anybody here will be able to tell you your customer number i'm afraid.

Login to your account, you should be able to view account history or statements or something which will have it

I cannot see any customer number in my account history. Is username okie ? By the way, I am in Vietnam now and my Master Card are not able to pay for this invoice Is that online banking only available in UK ? Are there any experts here? Awww this causes me lots of troubles

It really isn't H&M's fault you are in Vietnam and have a bill to pay.
Why cannot the person who has the bill send you enough information to pay it?
Or maybe they can pay it on your behalf?

If your mastercard or online banking doesn't work, what are you using for money now?
