Hi there really sorry for your loss I'm sure emotions are really quite raw right now. Someone posted on here after my dog was PTS in November that what I had done in making that decision was showing him one last act of kindness in stopping any further suffering. No consolation right now I know but I've no doubt you did the right thing by your loved dog also.

    Hang on in there.
All I ask is the chance to prove that money can't make me happy...

  • So sorry to hear about Holly. We had to have our dog put to sleep a year ago (he was only 5) and I thought my heart would break. Look after yourselves, dogs are such a huge part of the family. Thinking of you all. xx

PS - we did get another dog as the flat was so empty without our boy - he is 10 months old now and it really did help us, but you need time to grieve.

  • I couldnt pass by without saying sorry, I'm sure you did it for the best of reasons and unfortunately this is all part of being a responsible pet owner.

I had my dog pts just before xmas and said I wasnt going to egt another one, that lasted 2 weeks and I found myself at the local dog shelter. Our new doggie is lovely and I love her so much, will never forget our Sally though x
It must seem empty at home for you now, (((hugs))) x
