I gave up waiting for my statements they can take about five weeks or longer from hsbc, i got mine online in the end, by the time i had received all the batches through i had already got all my charges printed of and sent of to hsbc.

P S : Sam when you ring them ask them if your money might go in at any other time like at lunchtime, say its playing havoc sitting up til midnight everynight. I suppose my time will soon be here sitting and waiting to see if my money has gone in at midnight (not that bad yet) but as soon as i know you and amelia have had yours then mine should be a day or two behind. Who as i am kidding theirs no logic to the order they do it:rotfl:

I've tried several times to get through on the phone this morning but haven't had time to wait too long as I'm at work!

Will keep trying and then let you know. You are right tho, there is no rhyme or reason to what they do and it is likely you will get yours first at this rate!

i think we will all need a nice long holiday when all this is over, ive never feltstress like this for ages............ cant take much more, longer it takes the worse it gets..... what did joncow do to get his early??? should i be calling them and begging????? Think will wait until Friday then Phone and Beg if i survive that long!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:mad:
