I've been on a ICS events planning course for some time, but ive had nothing but problems with them, tutors not helping websites theyve supplied not working or being out of date, rude people on the phone, losing my complaints.
Does anyone no any ceo emails for them?
Or someone higher up that I can complain to?
Would be great help
Thank you:rotfl:

Hello there,
I have exactly the same problem. I enrolled on a web design course and whenever I needed help it would take numerous phone calls and emails over a 3 month period until I got a reply, to which I would then need to answer and then the cycle begins again. I became so stressed with it that it was causing more harm then good. After 12 months I requested a full refund by telephone to which they honoured.
The problem is they are cost effective, my advice would be only do short courses like GSCE where you can learn from text books and ask assistance from friends and family.
I hope this has helped.

Hi
I actually did the same course. They were the most unhelpfull people. I ordered two courses from them and they denied getting the returned course for ages! I just called 2 times a day. I swear only 3 people work at customer services. tHE manager was even worse! The course wasnt well explained. I didnt even read the majorty of the course book-look online. I go 79 or 80 i cant remember. But you pretty much just plan a fake event-skip the course bits(unless it says "this realates to part a) Its pretty easy.0 -

Adam can I take this opportunity to apologise to you for the issues you experienced whilst studying with us. We will ensure they are resolved for future students, our regrets again and I wish you all the best for the future.Could you do with a Money Makeover?
