Tesco green points error

Has anyone else noticed an error with their green points? I don't get too many as I only shop at our Tesco Express (and they hardly ever bother to give green points - but that's another story). But during the last points period, the number on my receipt stopped accumulating after 13. I know I definitely got a lot more than that as my receipts show them. But the total resolutely stuck at 13.
When I got my vouchers, sure enough the points breakdown only showed 13. So far this period I have been awarded 8 on receipts, but the running total on my receipts shows none.
I know I am only talking about a few pence, but just wondered if this is a known issue.

I'm having the same problem. I have 117 points but 0 green points and this has been the case for 2 or 3 weeks. (I should have around 10 green points - I always use my own bag). I've sent an email to Tesco but no reply.

This is an explanation I've received: Clubcard points up to 29 Jan have been converted to vouchers and should arrive by 16 Feb. My local Tesco says green points awarded since then will be included with the vouchers! So why the words "have been" ?0 -

What a load of tosh! Do Tesco think we are stupid?
I had many more than 13 points and they were accumulating in my total. But they stopped at 13 long before the end of the period. I only had 13 included with my vouchers, so their explanation is rubbish.
I have sent Tesco an E Mail in light of your experience and will post any response on this forum.0 -
Are you 100% sure they are being added at the til? I often have to make sure the checkout staff remember too add the points as they are often paying little attention to what bags I am using.We have removed your signature - please contact the forum team if you are not sure why - Forum Team0

Yes, I am a zillion percent sure. My receipts showed, for a £8 shop for example, 17 points, then said it included 8 double points and 1 green point. But the accumulated total of 13 green points didn't change after about a month into the period.0 -
I have just been to my Tesco Express. My receipt shows a green point awarded. So I will monitor what happens and keep the receipt. It is not that I am bothered about a few pence worth of green points, but if these are not being registered in the total, what else may be missing? I am starting a log of my points from today!0

thanks for pointing this out. I've noticed that my total for greenpoints doesn't seem to go up much - I always use my own bags so I should have 8 - 10 each week. I've just assumed it's the cashier forgetting to add them (I don't always bother to check at the time) but I will keep an eye on this nowweaving through the chaos...0

I've had the following reply from Tesco.
"I'm sorry to hear that you're not receiving the green Clubcard points that the assistant at the till in store gives you. I can understand how concerning this must be for you, particularly as the total on your receipt resolutely stuck at 13.
I've looked into this, and we don't have any reported issues with green Clubcard points being added to customers accounts, so I'm unable to explain why you have had this problem. As a gesture of goodwill, I've added 50 Clubcard points on to your account today, they'll show on your receipt within the next 48 hours and make up part of your April statement.
If you experience the same problem again, please bring it to the attention of the Customer Service Desk in store and they can investigate this for you."
I will see what happens over the next week or two with my points.0 -
Thanks for highlighting this, I have just received 20 green points for the last statement and it seems a bit low, will try to dig out some of the receipts.0

Thanks for this... I will be keeping my recipts from now on... I thought my green clubcard points seem really low considering I make sure they add them every week.
