Tesco green points error

As promised, I have been keeping a close record of my points. My receipt has the correct number of points, but the green points is still showing nil. So we are getting them, but they are not showing in the "Total Includes Green Clubcard Points". But, unless people bother to keep an accurate record, how can they know? Come on Tesco. Get your act together. This has been going on for weeks now.

I went shopping to Tesco this morning armed with 6 bags & came back....checked my receipt & showed "0" green clubcard points.

A huge company like them should ensure their IT section is up to date & ensures that their loyal customers are able to see how many GCP thety have.

Is it worth complaining?

Read the above posts - you are getting the green points they are just not showing on the statements as they used to do. If for eg you do a £20.00 shop reuse 2 bags,you will get 42 points which is correct but the receipt will show 0 green points in the total even though they have been credited.

Yes we know. That is what I said in my previous post. The point is now, what are Tesco doing about it?

sorry bit of confusion there - my reply was in reponse to a post that has since disappeared from someone who has flounced to sainsburys as she has noticed she is not getting green points anymore (and in the process of the post being deleted has made me look a twit!!)

I've just looked back and see it is still there. Post 20. So you don't look a twit at all.:)

Hi, I too have enquired about my missing green points on 2 occasions. On the 1st occasion I was told that I had to purchase 10 items to receive any points which I was not aware off.
On the 2nd occasion I was told they would be reinstated on the 17th Feb and so far nothing has happened.

As far as I am aware, you were told a load of rubbish by whoever said you have to buy 10 items. :mad: I get the majority of my points at the Tesco Express in our village, and I never buy 10 items. Also, I can't find anything about 10 items on their website.
