Tesco green points error

I have just spoke to customer service he state that there is a problem with the green points, however said you are getting them (eg spent £50 points should be 100 but if you got 10 green points the total of the points are 110) so you are not losing out. I asked him if he could give me any points As a gesture of goodwill. He said no chance. I will email tesco to see what they say.0

I think this is exactly what has been happening. Since I have been keeping records, my total number of points is correct, but the Green Points total on my receipts is showing nil. So yes, I am getting them in the total, but they are not showing as Green Points included in the total.
Clearly the customer service person who EMailed me didn't know this. Surely they should all know, and be able to tell customers how this is being addressed. Even put a message on receipts or the web site.0 -
I came on to see if there were any posts about missing green points and glad I found this as this explains mine too.
Like others,it is showing 0 green point in the total but showing x amount added -have just checked the figures and the above seems to be whats happened to me as my last receipt was 44 points includes 21 double points and 2 green points -so yes, they are being credited but are not being shown as seperate points earnt.0 -
It is good (if that is the right word) to know others have noticed the same problem. I think it started halfway through the last points period, so most people would have seen green points on their receipts, and on their breakdown when they got their vouchers, and not realised.
But if everyone's receipt keeps showing Nil Green Points, they will start complaining. After all, unless they use this site and read this thread, they probably won't realise they have actually been getting them, they just aren't showing in the Green Point total.0 -
 On the subject of points for bags, it used to be the case that they would add about 4 points for each of the big blue bags you use, seeing as they contain loads more stuff, but they have now reduced this to one point per bag, no matter what the size. So you are better off using loads of bags each time. I was told this by the cashier last week. Seems they have kept it quiet!0

Does it show on the receipt how many green points you have got so far?
I know it shows the number for that purchase but have never noticed a running total. If you find you are drinking too much give this number a call. 0845 769 75550 -

Yes, it always does. There is a "Clubcard Statement" near the bottom of the receipt. The last line says
Total Includes:
Green Clubcard Points 00 -
Am so annoyed! Just looked at my Tesco reciept, I ALWAYS use my own bags, shop at least twice a week with Tescos and have ZERO green points!
Sainsburys it is then.0 -

Update
Tesco's reply stated very sorry don't know why you did not get the green points and gave me 200 points to make up for not getting the correct amount of points.0
