    Morning all

It's sleeting/snowing here  I need to cross my fingers that it does ont settle as we are supposed to be going away for a few days tomorrow. We have a long journey ahead over some high ground in places so I will be keeping an eye on the forecast.

    Safe journey vibes, heading north?

    Afternoon all

I've not been doing much flying this week except laundry which just seems to be breeding. Doesn't matter how much I do there is always more there and there's only the two of us  Other than that I've been mainly slobbing it. I'm really tired ATM so I've been taking the opportunity to do very little:o Anyways, today is another day and school is back Monday which means I'm back at my voluntary job Tuesday, but Monday day I have an appointment with the nurse for that wonderful Ladies only appointment :( I will also need to get my Avon cards ready to put out Tuesday night with the amount customers owe me for their orders which I should be delivering on Thursday hopefully.

So with so much on next week I've decided to fly like a shuttle this afternoon and get as much of the lists done as possible before tackling my ironing pile. I've amended the lists slightly so will post those here and try to update them after each HHC. I'm just glad I've got a tidy & clutter free house enough to be able to do this every so often ;)

For those still missing DIVA here's a song.

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qYFjGqBvGuE
    gee thanks Dusty :cry::cry::cry::p

    Diva By Silvia Hartmann

[FONT=Arial, Helvetica]The diva strides and flexes lightly
    yet her footsteps resonate
and all who sense the ripples

    stop

    and turn around.

    Her power is her freedom
    her freedom is her joy
    her joy is boundless
    like the wind
    unstoppable
    sometimes soft and gentle,
    sometimes like a hurricane
    she takes you,
    and she sweeps you up
    and far away ...

    Her laughter owns the sky
and all is at her mercy,
    at her touch
    of wilderness enchantment,
    vibrant lightning
    bringing rush of life,
    wherever it may strike.

    Bow your head in reverence
    and pray!

    Her smile
as you emerge the chosen one
    will raise you,
    a breathless moment -

    Step beyond,
    become immortal
in the mirror of her gaze.

    Hi all,

A quick update on DS2. He is home again and basically he just needs to be prepared to dial 999 next time it happens. It could be soon or it may never happen again. Of course we are hoping it is the latter. I think after seeing the consultant he now realises just how serious it is.

jinky Thank you for the lovely poem.

AnW'smum Have a safe journey. We have snow here too but the high roads are all open if that is any consolation to you.

    Great news ubamother

DK I will join you in sorting some paperwork as I am home alone too.

WM x2 on, first lot in TD and DW on 2nd load (still some bits left ).

Have sorted food for everyone (me, DS2, DS1 + friend) and researched all details for our journey later. Fortunately it has stopped snowing and most has melted. Cinema tickets for me and DS2 booked (yogi bear), so we are entertained while DS1 is at the concert - _pale_ at the prices, though (will have to start making popcorn and watch stuff at home or go at cheaper times). I'm looking forward to going now.

Off to bed for an hour, so I'm not too tired later.
