Thinking of Diva's friends and family.

I have been to my parents' house again today to try to make space for Mum's OT assessment next week. My niece helped me and we had lots of laughter mainly at lots of unused tupperware containers. Not sure how one couple could need nearly a whole room of the things. Lots more stuff for tip & charity shops.

My house: Bathroom S&S, Kitchen S&S, Mopped floor, 3 WM loads, conservatory floor mopped, back hurt.

    Still to do
Change bed, cook dinner, hospital visiting

Farewell, Diva; you'll never be truly gone, as you live on in so many hearts. x

People, I'm sorry I'm so late getting online today; I fear it's the downside of an evening out, in that I always feel carp the next day, and today I can't even stand without going dizzy.:( I guess I did too much yesterday, as I was on the go from 09:00 to 14:30 at home, and then we did several errands in town, before going to the theatre in the evening.

Upshot is that I don't know if I'll be able to finish Thursday and Friday lists this week. Progress thus far:

Will have to see if the dizziness subsides later.

Ubamother well done on taking a positive stand with the situation re not being as active as you used to; it's something I still struggle with, having been diagnosed with RA in 1999 and with Lupus in 2003, and having been on anti-d's of one sort and another since 1972!

I have my purple skirt on today,
and Mr LW has his amethyst cufflinks on; we shall light a candle this evening.
If your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)

specially trying to dance in these.

But unlike Jinky, there's no way I'm showing you lot me drawers :D
I could dream to wide extremes, I could do or die: I could yawn and be withdrawn and watch the world go by.

LW - take it easy. I'm sure FCC would be more concerned if you over did things.
It does sound as if you did too much yesterday, but hopefully you enjoyed your theatre visit.

The fred is lovely to read today. So many lovely things said about Diva. I hope everyone has worn their purple with pride.

DS2 has bacterial tonsillitis. Dr actually looked shamefaced as we came into the surgery. DS was deathly pale and in his pyjamas as he didn't have the strength to get dressed.

DSis has upset Mum. Mum was on the phone in floods. I am fed up of my sister's behaviour. We've all moved mountains to help her set up her gym and she is so very rude at times. The planned meal for her birthday tomorrow night is now cancelled as Sis wants to go out at 5pm and I am not taking my children for strange food that will give them tummy ache in the middle of the night. I've lost enough sleep this week!

    WM x 4, TD x 2. DS1 has s/s the kitchen.

I'm going for a nap now as my eyes are crossing with tiredness.

Thank you, yes it was very enjoyable - Noel Coward's "Blithe Spirit". Luckily I don't have to cook tonight, as I made enough lasagne yesterday to do tonight's dins as well.;)

The world seems very quiet today.

Chores in town done, a few hours of invigilating arranged for after half term which will be handy with DS1&2's birthday's in March. I've made a start on the kitchen, floor is drying and then I'll start on the sides.
