Capquest credit search

It's now 43 days since Crapquest contacted me and 48 days since they supposedly sent me a letter. What a bunch of A--HOLES!

Meanwhile, this other outfit, Fairfax Solicitors Ltd, have done sweet Fanny Adams, so I sent a letter by recorded delivery (with a copy of their letter) to HMRC, yesterday.

I guess I'm lucky - most people get angry because they are being hassled by these debt collecting companies.

I'm getting frustrated because they are NOT keeping in contact!!!

...all I want to know is the story behind their initial contact.

It is now 59 days since I heard from Capquest and 64 days since they supposedly posted their letter to me.

My latest credit search does not show them having made a search against me at my current address.

I guess, therefore, that the matter must be closed.

Meanwhile, on the other matter, Fairfax Solicitors Ltd wrote to me to say they had closed their file and passed the matter back to HMRC.

Ho hum.
