I feel a bit relieved that so many of you can see why i'm so stressed. I don't feel like i'm over reacting now.

R.e - me saying about telling other parents. I definately won't be saying anything to them it's just that it makes me feel I'm letting them down. I know a few of them quite well and would be really upset if the situation was reversed.

But because if anything was said by me the situation could explode and then A and B's lives could be wrecked which i don't want to do.

I know in the case of B that if the allegations are true then there's a good possibility they may have been abused themselves.

All the children involved are the same sex.

In the situation with Child B and my child if you remove Child A then it does seem like curiosity but judging from the few things Child A's mum said to me ( I don't know her well enough to ask more details and I'm not sure I want to know more) then it definately went a lot further than that.

She had said the police had told her if Child B had been older he would have been arrested.

The school are aware of the situation and I know that measures have been put in place to seperate A and B as much as possible in class. Sadly it seems to be sided more in the case of Child A and I know they have had a lot of absences because of it.

From what i can tell my child and the other questioned don't know anything at all about the allegations. The police were great in the way they phrased the questions and didn't directly ask if Child B had done anything.
My child knows there's an issue between A and B but they think it's to do with bullying as B was bullying A quite frequently before these allegations were made.

I guess my next step is to speak to the school and then work from what they say. I also have the phone no. of the social worker who was there during the interview with the police and I think i'll give them a call too.

The whole thing makes me so sad.

    Thanks
