Mine has just been delivered this morning. It smells gorgeous and I got the overnight sensation cream too.
Really pleased with this one and many thanks to whoever posted the details.
Think I may become hooked on this brand !!!!

I haven't received my order from the 14th either. The status was still showing as, 'order received', this morning.
Just as I was about to email them I notice that the status has changed to dispatched.
So I assume they may of just had problems keeping up with orders, remains to be seen if I still receive the night cream with it though.

Thanks - same has happened to mine. My order screen says about the night cream so will report back when I get it x

Hi there, could anyone tell me which company they are using for delivery? I have a card through from City Link and now have to go pick up the parcel... somewhere in the region of 25 miles each way. Not sure Id go to the bother for a £4.99 purchase:cool:

I'm almost certain that my orders have always come via Royal Mail but I wonder if OS might be using a courier to get delayed packages delivered quicker? Are City Link not offering to reschedule delivery for free?

I'm sorry some of you are still waiting. They did mention on their FB page that they'd had an overwhelming response to the Valentines offer so I assume that outstanding orders are just delayed. Fingers crossed they turn up very soon.

No apologies needed Autumngirl.. its my fault I missed delivery and then never seen the card til the next day, when Id missed delivery again :mad:

Im waiting on some other items so can be sure this is the OS items but if it is Id think twice about the drive to the 'local' depot to pick it up as would cost me more than the item.

I'll give it some thought. Thanks for responding

Many thanks Autumngirl. Mine was delivered this morning..Bergamot is my favourite scent..and I love these products which are new to me. Think I will be hooked on this brand.

Received my night cream this morning - sent by Royal Mail. So if anyone is unlucky enough not to receive the cream in their order, an email letting them know will do the job.
