It's not showing on the delivery summary page - just the shower gel and body lotion. I took a screenprint of my basket just in case the night cream isn't automatically included as it did show it before checkout. (update* - see edit below)

They were very good with the last offer when the website went a bit haywire, so I expect they'll honour this. Their customer service was excellent - very friendly and helpful. As £7.99 quoted, I agree, it will be the full size!

I've only just ordered myself and noticed that too....i.e. When you first put something in your basket there's a message mentioning the free cream but then there's no mention of the cream when you confirm your order and go ahead to actually pay. But as you've said, the confirmation email should confirm all products, including the free cream.

I remember the hassle you had last time but am glad it was sorted. I've also found them to be very friendly and helpful
