That particular new year promotion was for a 40% discount code (which was emailed to their Facebook fans when their page received 2011 "likes").

This Valentines offer is a completely new and separate promotion. I haven't seen anything to suggest that this free cream offer wouldn't work in conjunction with the Homes & Gardens offer. I can't see any T&Cs, it simply says the cream will come with "every order placed today"

Sorry for any confusion but Organic Surge do seem to run lots of promotions - it's definitely worth liking their Facebook page if you like their products!

I just had one confirmation email and the cream was mentioned in bold text above the 'totals' boxes. It wasn't actually listed with the other products but there was a message to say it'd be delivered with my order.

I think perhaps that they have just changed their order confirmation to include the wording on there as I've just made an order for my mum and it definitely says she'll get the cream on her order confirmation. It didn't appear on my earlier order confirmation though. Not sure if I'll get it or not.

Fingers crossed it's all fine as they'll obviously know which date your order was placed and it does look like every order qualifies.

I emailed the company as the night cream was not included in my confirmation email and I received an email back to say that I would be receiving the night cream with my order, so I am happy :-)
