I can understand your disappointment - I'd be very miffed too.

Have you emailed to let them know? I'm sure they'll be keen to resolve this, especially as you're a new customer. I've always found their Customer Service very good.

Done both, so will see what responses i get. I am doubly miffed, because they sent me an email after placing my original order to say as I was getting the night cream I really should try the face wash and day cream. They offered to sell me at 10% discount on normal price and no extra p & p. So I agreed. So now I have face wash and day cream, but no night cream. Go figure that one out.

Oh no! That does make it worse! I got emailed that offer but just stuck with my original order.
